Ir
Dr Philip Tsang is a senior academic staff at the Open University of Hong
Kong. He was conferred with The OUHK President's Award for Excellent Teaching
and Research in year 2005 as well as in 2006. He is a senior member of the Insitute
of Electrical and Electroncis Engineers. He is organising chair of the ICT 2007
and 2008 Symposium on Enhancing Healthcare Education, Research & Practice
through technology. Ir Dr Tsang has published widely in SCI journals. He is editor
of the following International Journals: Int'l journal of Innovation and Learning,
Int'l journal e-Health and Int'l Journal of Mobile Communications and Int'l Journal
of e-Finance. He was a graudate of Washington University, USA. He and Tim Berner-Lee
(The Web inventor) served on the same Int'l Web Conference Committee from 1994-1996.
Dr Tsang is a member of the Technical Committee of the 2008 Int'l Web Conference
to be held in Beijing, April 2008. The conference is expected to attract 5000
delegates.
